Teaching and Training

The firm's staff has a combined 26 years experience in teaching (17 years) and training (9 years) in the United States and England in the areas of contracting and best business practices; intellectual property -- domestic and foreign; outsourcing/subcontracting; procurement/acquisition/supply-chain strategies, processes, efficiency tools, and implementation; new technology commercialization strategies and implementation; and global distribution strategies and implementation. The firm's staff has trained over 10,000 business and professional attendees at public and private seminars.
